KENT, OHIO- The Golden Flashes kick off their 2021 home slate on Wednesday with duals against Gannon and Mercyhurst inside the Kent State Fieldhouse.
The duals will start with Kent State taking on Gannon at 5 p.m. and the Mercyhurst dual will follow at 6:30 p.m. Both duals will be run on two mats with extra matches following after the traditional dual is completed.
The Flashes are coming off a strong showing at the Cleveland State Round Robin. Jake Ferri, Brendon Fenton, Kody Komara and Colin McCracken all finished 2-0 against the Vikings and will look to roll that momentum into the home opener.
