KENT- The Golden Flashes welcome in first-place Bowling Green for a critical three-game weekend series, starting on Friday night at 6 p.m.
Bowling Green is out to the best start in conference history at 17-1 in MAC play and own a five-game lead in the conference standings with four weekends remaining. The Flashes currently sit in sole possession of fifth-place at 10-8 in MAC play and three of the final four weekends at home.
The weekend features the two top offenses in the MAC, Bowling Green is averaging over 13 runs per MAC game, topping 10 runs in 14 of the 18 conference games.
