UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Kent State field hockey team travels to Big Ten country for its only preseason exhibition game of 2016 when it takes on the Nittany Lions at the Penn State Field Hockey Complex at noon on Wednesday.
"The biggest thing at this stage of getting ready for the start of the season is to get out there and see where we are against another team," said Kent State head coach Kathleen Wiler.
The Golden Flashes return as the premier program in the Mid-American Conference after winning both the regular season and tournament titles in the last two seasons.
