KENT, Ohio –The Kent State University field hockey team has released its schedule for the 2019 season, which includes 18 regular season matches in addition to two exhibition games and the Mid-American Conference Tournament to be held Nov. 6-9.
The Golden Flashes will gear up for the regular season with an exhibition on the road against Bucknell Aug. 24 before hosting Slippery Rock at Murphy-Mellis Field for their final exhibition match on Aug. 25 at 1 p.m.
Kent State will then begin a competitive non-conference schedule, which includes hosting Michigan State, Temple and Maine and traveling to Louisville and Michigan.
