NEW ORLEANS – Kent State's women's track and field team and eight individuals from the men's and women's programs have been honored with All-Academic honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
In order to earn All-Academic Team distinction, a program must have at least a 3.00 cumulative team GPA. The Golden Flashes' women's team owns a 3.413 cumulative GPA following outstanding work in the classroom during the 2017-18 academic year.
