PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Emily Dobbin smashed a pair of home runs and drove in four runs as Kent State dropped a 14-4 five-inning contest to Pitt in its final non-conference game of the season Tuesday evening at Vartabedian Field.
The Golden Flashes tallied at least one hit in each inning and totaled eight for the game. Dobbin enjoyed a 3-for-3 day at the plate with a single in the top of the first and two-run shots in the third and fifth.
Brenna Brownfield and Kennadie Goth each added a double to give the Flashes four extra-base hits.
