KENT, Ohio – Junior quarterback Dustin Crum is adding another accolade to his long list following Kent State's dominant win over Bowing Green. Crum was named the Mid-American Conference Male Scholar Athlete of the Week after being named the MAC East Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.
The Scholar Athlete of the Week Award is presented to a MAC male and/or female student-athlete who has a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better and performs well during that week's competition. Crum exceeds off the field in the classroom as well as on the field.
