Carter’s 22 Paces Flashes in Road Win Against Broncos

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Redshirt junior Megan Carter scored a game-high 22 points and Kent State beat Western Michigan, 56-52, Wednesday evening inside of University Arena.

The Golden Flashes (15-9, 8-5 MAC), which have won five of six games this month, also defeated the Broncos by four points on Feb. 6.

Carter was the only Kent State player in double-figures and recorded her eighth 20-point performance on the season. She shot 8-fo-15 from the field and 6-for-7 at the foul line.

Senior Alexa Golden led the Flashes with eight points.
