YPSINALTI, Mich. – Kent State put 40 points on the board and led by 16 at halftime in a 67-54 road victory against Eastern Michigan on Wednesday evening inside of the Convocation Center.
The Golden Flashes (13-9, 6-5 MAC) have beaten the Eagles in all six matchups under third-year head coach Todd Starkey and snapped a three-game road losing streak.
Senior Alexa Golden recorded the team's first double-double of the season with a game-high 17 points and 10 rebounds. Golden added four steals, two assists and two blocked shots.
