KENT, Ohio – A total of 64 Golden Flashes representing 15 of Kent State's athletic programs were part of the Spring 2016 Kent State University graduating class. A majority of the student-athletes in this year's class were honored at the university-wide ceremony on Saturday, May 14, in the M.A.C. Center, while the baseball, softball, and track and field programs held their own ceremonies due to schedule conflicts.

Collectively, this years' graduates posted a 3.264 GPA and were responsible for a combined 22 MAC regular season and tournament championships over the last four years.

"We feel such a sense of pride witnessing our student-athletes achieve their goal of graduating," said Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Services Angie Hull.
