After a season-best 23 kills and three aces in Kansas State’s four-set victory over TCU this past Friday, sophomore outside hitter Aliyah Carter was named Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week. It is Carter’s seventh weekly honor from the conference, but just her first this season, and just the second this season for the Wildcats.
The VolleyCats return to action tonight for “Light Up Bramlage Night” against Texas Tech. This first part of the Wednesday/Thursday double header starts tonight at 7pm CT, and will be aired on ESPNU (like, actual TV instead of streaming).
