Kansas State Wildcats travel to Lubbock tomorrow to face Texas Tech Red Raiders fresh off the Red Raiders’ defeat of that school down the river earlier this week. And Tech is doing something to make sure the stands are packed: they’re giving away free Whataburger to the first 3,000 fans. This is as good an excuse as any to turn United Supermarkets Center purple, if you ask us.
Well, except that the “free Whataburger” is just a breakfast taco. That puts a damper on things.
