SLATE: K-State adds commitment to 2020 football class

With the lights of competition switched off for finals, there is sparse news from K-State athletics this week.

On the football front, word of a late addition to the 2020 class is welcome, though. Cedar Grove High School (Georgia) cornerback Tee Denson, who was previously committed to Pittsburgh, chose K-State over Virginia Tech and Purdue. At 6-foot-1 and 175 pounds, he brings size that the Wildcats have lacked on the outside to defend taller receivers. Rivals rates him a 3-star recruit and the No. 82 corner in the 2020 class.

Joshua Youngblood continues to garner accolades, as both CBS and The Athletic tabbed him for their All-America teams.
