Breaking news in the Slate?!?!!? Well today you get it. This morning, the WeberCats filled their final scholarship spot, as former Wake Forest forward Ismael Massoud announced his plans to head to Manhattan and join the Wildcats. Massoud will have three seasons of eligibility remaining, and basically fills the void left by Antonio Gordon in the “big wing/stretch-4” role, as a big man that can rebound or knock down 3’s if needed.
On the other side of the basketball complex, Chrissy Carr has announced that she has decided to enter the transfer portal and leave K-State.
