The NCAA basketball postseason is here and for the Kansas State Wildcats, it begins with the Big 12 Tournament. The Big 12 is one of the stronger conferences in men’s basketball, which makes for an uphill battle for the Wildcats. K-State will enter the tournament as the #6 seed in the conference, which is disappointing for a team that started the year strong.
K-State is going to have a tough test early on in the tournament as they take on the #3 seed Baylor. The Bears are also ranked #11 in the AP and Coaches Polls after a 25-6 season, including a 12-6 conference record.
