Things could be worse for K-State basketball. But the situation in Bramlage is pretty bleak.
Already struggling to keep up with lofty preseason expectations, the Wildcats have continued to stumble into conference play and an 0-2 start that includes a unconscionable 20-point home loss to an average Texas Longhorns team just a week ago, and a 6-point loss at Texas Tech last weekend that was further apart than the final score would indicate.
And tonight we have on-deck possibly the only team in the conference that is struggling more right now than the Wildcats.
