Kansas State to Stripe Out South Dakota in Opener

Kansas State will kick off the 2016 football season in style as Bill Snyder Family Stadium will be “striped out” to honor Coach Snyder’s induction to the College Football Hall of Fame.

Coach Snyder has seen a lot during his 23 years at Kansas State but September 5th will be his first “stripe out”

Fans attending the September 5th K-State Family Reunion against South Dakota are being asked to wear purple or white depending on their seat location. A stadium seating chart identifying section colors is available at kstatesports.com.

“With another sellout crowd expected for the game, we are excited for this opportunity to showcase the passion of the K-State Family to the entire nation,” said associate AD for ticketing and fan strategies Scott Garrett.
