Kansas State Purple/White Spring Game: Game time, TV info, radio, streaming, and more

It's that time of year where we watch K-State play some meaningless football and reach judgements on the season to come, good or bad, right or wrong. Traditionally among the last schools to partake of this tradition, K-State takes on K-State this Saturday.

The game: Kansas State takes the field for the annual Spring Game, the format of which is always open to conjecture. Bill Snyder has, however, indicated that it will likely be a standard 1-vs-2 game with some wrinkles thrown in on special teams. The honorary captains for the game are:

Larry Brown '68: A former running back at K-State, Brown went on to an eight-year career with the Washington Redskins, being named the NFL's Most Valuable Player in 1972 and leading the NFL in rushing in 1970.
