With its postseason fate still to be determined next Monday night, the Kansas State women’s basketball team took a moment during the open week to celebrate the 48th season during the annual banquet on Tuesday night at the West Stadium Center.
Awards that were dispersed on Tuesday night include the Kendra Wecker Offensive MVP, the Nicole Ohlde Defensive MVP, the Priscilla Gary Hustle Award, the First Infantry Division Sustainment Brigade Tammie Romstad Durable Award and the Dr. Pat Bosco Academic Award.
The Kendra Wecker Offensive MVP went to junior center Breanna Lewis for the first time in her career.
