The Kansas State football team will be without Dalton Schoen when it takes on Oklahoma State on Saturday at Boone Pickens Stadium, according to three sources.
Schoen, a sophomore receiver, suffered a broken collarbone last week during a game against West Virginia, the sources said.
His recovery time is unknown, but the injury will likely end his season. Football players typically need between four and eight weeks for a broken collarbone to heal.
The Wildcats will miss Schoen against the Cowboys. A walk-on from Overland Park, he has been one of the best receivers on the team this season.
