K-State depth chart has MHS flavor

Manhattan High alumnus Deante Burton has had several opportunities to play for Kansas State dating back to last year, but for two other former Indians, the chance may be coming soon.

Both Terrale Johnson and Winston Dimel cracked the K-State two-deep released this week, and both are likely to see time on the field against South Dakota in the season opener Sept. 5.

Johnson, who came to K-State last season after two years at Hutchinson Community College, is slotted as the primary backup for left guard Boston Stiverson, who has been battling an undisclosed injury since the start of fall camp.
