Kansas State has not had running back Dylan Edwards on the field since the first punt return of the season against Iowa State two weeks ago. On the return, Edwards muffed the punt, and then his ankle was rolled up on, resulting in an ankle injury that kept him out the rest of that game and the Wildcats' matchup against North Dakota last week.
Now with the Wildcats taking on Army today, Edwards has officially been ruled out for the matchup due to the continued ankle injury. The announcement was made this morning by Pete Thamel and then again on ESPN College Gameday.
