Normally, someone rushing for 19 yards wouldn’t be on the radar.
But Winston Dimel made his 19 yards count. The sophomore fullback ran for four touchdowns in his five carries, a feat he had never accomplished before. The most he had ever scored as a Wildcat before Saturday’s 63-7 beatdown of Florida Atlantic was two touchdowns, and he never put up numbers like that at Manhattan High School either.
Oh, and Dimel’s touchdowns? All in the first half.
“Today we were running it straight downhill, trying to be physical … they felt like I was the best to do that today, so I just took advantage of it,” Dimel said.
