When Steven Schoon took his normal spot on press row at the 2020 Big 12 tournament to watch Kansas State take down TCU, the Horned Frogs’ award-winning sports information director knew it would be the last game played in front of fans at the Sprint Center. Of course, it turned out to be the final game of the year for any Big 12 team, and Steven told us what that whirlwind 24 hours was like from his perspective. COVID-19 continues to wreak havoc on college basketball, even forcing a schedule change for TCU this week, but it looks like the Horned Frogs will head to Manhattan for a conference matchup on Saturday.
