When we first invited K-State Online editor Matt Hall on the podcast, we planned to focus almost entirely on the upcoming basketball season, since we didn’t expect there would be a lot of good football things to talk about. Then Saturday happened, so we called an audible and spent nearly 20 minutes discussing K-State’s huge upset, as well as looking forward a bit to the game in Lawrence on Saturday. It was a lot of fun.
But we also didn’t want to abandon our original plan, particularly with BotC’s in-house basketball expert Eric Rubottom joining us.
