Jahron Lee McPherson (b. Dec. 21, 1997) is an athletic player who redshirted during 2017 after playing one year at the community college level. He will be in search of more playing time in the secondary and on special teams in 2019 after playing in 10 games last season.
McPherson, who drew one start against Kansas, finished the 2018 season with 19 tackles, two pass breakups and an interception.
He carded a career-high four tackles at Oklahoma, his interception at West Virginia and both of his pass breakups at TCU, and also had three tackles against Kansas and Iowa State.
