Mike Jerome McCoy (b. June 4, 1998) is a big, power running back who got his feet wet at the Division I level in 2017 and will compete for increased playing time as a sophomore.
After redshirting in 2016, he played in three games last year, totaling 55 yards on 10 carries.
McCoy set a season high with 33 yards, including a 15-yard touchdown, against Charlotte.
He also rushed four times for 14 yards in the season opener against Central Arkansas and twice for eight yards in the Cactus Bowl win over UCLA.
