Kansas State Recruiting: Wildcats Offer Top JUCO Prospect

The Kansas State Wildcats offered a scholarship to four-star offensive tackle Elliot Baker (San Francisco, CA) on Sunday, according to 247sports.

It was the 18th offer for Baker, who attends the City College of San Francisco, and the Wildcats have a bit of catching up to do. Georgia is currently the favorite to land him, and they lead a group that includes Alabama, Auburn, Arizona State and Mississippi State.

He has plans to take official visits Oregon on May 31 and Auburn on June 9, giving him three official visits left. He hopes to take them all by the end of summer, and will enroll early at whichever school he commits to.

The 6'7", 295-pounder is ranked as the No. 1 overall JUCO prospect in the country.
