The Jayhawks got their first win of the season 74-62 over a stingy UNC Greensboro. The Spartans did a pretty good job of containing Kansas basketball initially, but eventually, the Jayhawks’ superior talent prevailed.
Devon Dotson led the way for Kansas with 22 points, eight rebounds, and six assists. Senior Udoka Azubuike also dominated, totaling 10 rebounds and 10 points on the night for what will hopefully be the first of many double-doubles.
Azubuike also had a terrorizing dunk over a UNC Greensboro player that should more than likely make the next pregame highlight reel.
