KU football suspends workouts after 12 positive COVID-19 tests
KU Athletics announced on Friday that 12 football players and four athletes from other sports — 16 total players — had tested positive for the novel coronavirus. The department said that 164 student-athletes have now been tested, with 45 of them (from all sports) currently in quarantine.
