Report: Wichita State women’s coach Jody Adams will interview at Kansas

Wichita State women’s basketball coach Jody Adams will interview for the job at Kansas on Thursday as one of three finalists, according to the Lawrence Journal-World.

Adams is 147-79 in seven seasons at WSU and led the Shockers to three straight NCAA Tournament appearances and Missouri Valley Conference regular-season and tournament titles.

KU is replacing Bonnie Henrickson, fired after 11 seasons.

According to the Journal-World, Stephen F. Austin coach Brandon Schneider, formerly at Emporia State, and Arkansas-Little Rock coach Joe Foley are also finalists.
