KU played Vermont. The state of Vermont is known for the production of cheese. Today, we have a cheese themed ratings. And just to clarify, I’m not talking about obvious good cheeses (Emmental, Smoked Gouda, Manchego, Brie and the like) or what some might consider hoity-toity cheeses (Camembert, Roquefort, etc).
