Notebook: Mike Lee wants to show off coverage abilities

The Kansas football team will report to fall camp tomorrow, Aug 1, and hold its first practice on Friday, Aug 2. KU will have 19 practices prior to the home opener vs Indiana State.

Jayhawk Slant reports that D-line help is on the way for KU as juco recruits look forward to joining the program as scheduled for fall camp.

Mike Lee is known for his hitting abilities, but wants to show that he can play in coverage at a D1 level as well during his senior campaign.

Former KU football player Kenny Bastinda has been charged with two felonies (assaults) as well as several other charges.
