I grew up not liking Oklahoma. It was something about their condescending smiles when they beat us in football. Oklahoma State has beaten us too recently at their place (and Marcus Smart in ours.) It has happened too many times to make me ever feel anything resembling kinship toward Bill Self’s alma matter.
Iowa State and the Booing Melvin Weatherwaxes? Na. And I don’t really care too much one way or another about the whole state of Texas. We own them in basketball and they helped us out last year in football. And Kansas State?
