It's a storyline that's become both very familiar and tiresome for the Kansas Jayhawks. Once again, KU struggled mightily with a lesser opponent in Lawrence, and once again they found a way to come out victorious.
Unlike in recent home wins over Iowa State and Kansas State, this game actually felt very much in control for most of the night. Though Kansas never blew the game wide open, they never trailed through the first 34 minutes. Baylor took the lead with 5:35 to go after Svi Mykhailiuk fouled a three point shooter, and things only got worse from there.
