Kansas Dropped By K-State

This one went just about how we thought it would. Kansas needed a good shooting performance to win in Manhattan this year, and they didn't get it. Their fourth Big 12 loss of the year drops them the two games behind Kansas State in the Big 12 race.

Sans Marcus Garrett for a second straight game, Kansas deployed a zone look that, after a hot start for the Wildcats, seemed to stymie KSU. They made just one of their last 14 shots in the first half, which led to an advantage for Kansas at halftime, riding a 15-1 run to a 33-30 lead.
