The Kansas Jayhawks will face Alabama-Birmingham in the semifinals of the CBE Classic at Kansas City’s Sprint Center on Nov. 21. The College Basketball Experience announced matchups Wednesday.
KU and UAB will tip at about 8:30 p.m. on ESPN2, following the other semifinal between George Washington and Georgia (ESPNU, 6 p.m.).
The next night, a third-place game starts at 6:30 p.m. and won’t be televised, followed by a 9 p.m. championship game on ESPN2.
The CBE Hall of Fame Classic wraps up National Collegiate Basketball’s Hall of Fame weekend, which includes the 11th annual induction ceremony on Nov.
