Kansas basketball just signed three-star point guard Latrell Jossell out of Texas. Jossell joins Bryce Thompson, Gethro Muscadin, and Tyon Grant-Foster in the Jayhawks’ 2020 recruiting class.
Jossell has been flying under the radar for recruiting, but don’t let the lack of stars or interest lead you astray.
Remember Frank Mason? He turned out pretty good, and similar to Jossell, was very underrated out of high school. Granted, Mason was a four-star, yet both had few offers when they committed to Kansas basketball.
Now, in no way will Jossell be expected to win a national player of the year award like Mason, but Kansas basketball has a great reputation for developing players over four years.
