Kansas basketball continues to add impressive names to its roster for The Basketball Tournament — the latest being former defensive standout Marcus Garrett.
Kansas Jayhawks fans are grateful enough to see alumni perform at the professional level after they leave the university. In recent years, more nonchalant leagues have been assembled for retired or aging basketball players. The BIG3 is among the most popular, and The Basketball Tournament (TBT) is also growing in popularity.
Several former KU players have united to form a squad in TBT. Marcus Garrett is the most recent addition to “Mass Street,” the moniker that the alumni team is going under.
