Kansas basketball fans thoroughly enjoyed the first month of the college basketball season. It is better than the shocking start with the loss in Hawaii to begin 2016. As a matter of fact, Hall of Fame coach Bill Self’s Jayhawks are one of the few undefeated teams in the country heading into the first weekend of December.
The Jayhawks moved to No. 2 in the national polls after blowout wins over Texas Southern, Oakland and Toledo. The Sports Illustrated Power ranking includes Kansas basketball at No. 6 behind Florida, Texas A&M, Michigan State, Villanova and a team from the Devil team in Atlantic Coast Conference.
