Fox Sports 1 college basketball analyst/Omaha, Neb., radio talk show host Nick Bahe was shocked to receive an email a few months ago inviting him to attend Kansas coach Bill Self’s Hall of Fame enshrinement ceremony in Springfield, Mass.
“I almost wanted to get back to him right away and say, ‘Are you sure you didn’t want to send this to someone else?’ ” Bahe said with a smile before Friday night’s induction show at downtown Symphony Hall.
Bahe, a standout high school football/basketball player from Lincoln, Neb., was recruited by Roy Williams to play hoops at Kansas in 2003.
