Former Kansas star Dorance Armstrong Jr. joins the Washington Commanders' history book

Dorance Armstrong Jr. cultivated an elite career as a Jayhawk. From 2015 to 2017, despite whatever mishaps may have taken over a Kansas team that saw just three wins, little if any fault fell on Armstrong. In 36 games as a Jayhawk, Armstrong accumulated 142 tackles, 35 tackles for loss, and 15.5 sacks. Armstrong’s best season came in 2016. There, Armstrong tallied 56 tackles with 20 tackles for loss and three forced fumbles.

Thus far in Armstrong’s elongated NFL career, which has seen Armstrong play six years for the Dallas Cowboys and the previous two seasons with the Commanders.
