Kansas opens the 2018-19 season with two exhibition games, the first of which sees the Emporia State Hornets head to Lawrence for their bi-annual beat-down.
This is the season opener for both squads.
Kansas is 85-9 all-time in exhibition games, including 54-2 under Bill Self. KU has won 27-straight exhibition games and 48-straight inside Allen Fieldhouse.
KU is 20-3 all-time against ESU. Emporia’s three wins against Kansas came in 1904, 1916, and 1947. Kansas won the most recent meeting 104-62 in November of 2016.
