Depth chart transfer review: How punter Finn Lappin will prove a valuable piece for the Jayhawks

Last season, Kansas saw its ups and downs, despite starting the season with just a 1-5 mark, the Jayhawks were able to turn it around and push themselves towards a 4-2 stretch that narrowly saw the Jayhawks miss out on a third bowl game in four seasons after a 45-17 loss to the Baylor Bears.

While Kansas was able to show promising ability with three ranked wins on the season, it was ultimately not enough and Kansas saw tight margins in seven one-score games, with five losses coming from those.
