The Kansas Jayhawks have seen a lot of turnover over the last couple of years. Since winning the NCAA National Championship in 2022, the Jayhawks haven't been able to move out of the second round of the NCAA Tournament, while also falling to Houston over the last couple years in Big 12 dominance.
As of last week, Kansas lost assistant coach Chase Buford who was hired by the Denver Nuggets, opening up space on the Kansas bench, already filled with experienced assistants in Joe Dooley, Jeremy Case, Kurtis Townsend and the recently hired former NBA coach Jacque Vaughn.
