The No. 21 Kansas Jayhawks are set to begin their final stretch of out-of-conference games prior to the beginning of the Big 12 season.
So far, the Jayhawks have started with a 6-3 record, which recently saw the Jayhawks go undefeated in the southwest at the Players Era Championship, where Kansas notched a smooth 3-0 record with wins over Notre Dame (71-61), Syracuse (71-60), and No. 13 Tennessee (81-76).
Following those three wins, Kansas ran into a roadblock against the No. 5 UConn Huskies. While the Jayhawks could have walked away with a massive win inside Allen Fieldhouse earlier this week, Kansas just stumbled near the final hurdle and fell 61-56.
