For the No. 17 Kansas Jayhawks, Monday night represents their last chance to get things tidied up before the all-crucial Big 12 play gets underway. So far this season, Kansas has managed a strong 9-3 record, and despite having seen star guard Darryn Peterson only see the court in four games, Kansas’ top-notch defense has been able to prop up a struggling offense, which has often missed the former five-star.
Prior to Monday night’s matchup against Davidson, Kansas head coach Bill Self spoke in his pre-game preview with Kansas athletics and confirmed bad news for those expecting to see Peterson on the court.
