Here at Through The Phog, we’re going to break down these recruiting lists into tiers – Tier 1 recruits are going to be the top priorities, or guys that we know for sure are at the top of the staff’s list. Tier 2 will feature players that Kansas is interested in and have offered, but might be down just a few spots on the staff’s wishlist. Lastly, Tier 3 will feature players that the staff has actively watched, but maybe hasn’t offered (we’ll also be throwing in “offers” for guys that Kansas realistically won’t get or are not really in the running for).
