The Kansas City Royals welcome in the Tampa Bay Rays as the two teams face off for the first time in 2015. The Rays are hanging tight in a parity-filled American League East, trailing the first place Yankees by just two games. After struggling offensively for quite some time, the Rays broke out in a big way in the series finale, scoring eight runs. Last year, the Royals and Rays played six games against each other with the Royals coming out victorious four of those times, winning two of three both in Kansas City and in Tampa.
