Kansas City Royals catcher Salvador Perez was announced as a starter for the 2021 All-Star Game. The game is at Coors Field in Denver on July 13th. He was the only Royal announced as an All-Star vote finalist last week.
This will be his 7th All-Star Game. He was in every year from 2013-2018. But then he missed the 2019 season with an injury and the 2020 game was cancelled due to the pandemic.
